Veterinarians in Mexico

Hello, I currently live in the Lake Chapala area. I'm looking for a veterinarian that can do a laporoscopic Cholecystectomy on my dog. I've been told no one in Guadalajara does it. I'm wondering if anyone here has a veterinarian that does a procedure like this in a different city in Mexico because I'm willing to drive elsewhere if necessary. I know of one place in Mexico City but I would prefer somewhere else. I don't have any problem driving all over Mexico but I deeply dislike driving to Mexico City. I'm especial looking at vets in Puerto Vallarta, Queretaro, Monterrey. Any recommendations would be nice. Thanks.
