Banking and Taxes

1) Is a Charles Schwab international bank account, in conjunction with my U.S. bank account, a good plan? Does anybody do it that way?

2) Assuming a landlord will accept it, is Wise an easy way to move money and pay rent?

3) If I am working only for a U.S. business and earning only in dollars, will I still have to pay income tax to Mexico?

4) In general, what is the ease/difficulty of the tax situation if I am only working for a U.S. business and I do not own any property in Mexico, and I do not earn any money working for a Mexican business? If I understand it correctly, I will have to file in both countries, but should only have to pay income tax to one country, most logically the States, since I'll be earning only dollars.

Thank you very much, and I will look forward to meeting any of you who live in Queretaro.
