living in Huatulco

1. we read that dogs are not allowed in the beaches. Are there any of the beaches where they would be allowed (also off-leach)?

2. we read that there are no good private hospital facilities in Huatulco- has this improved? if there is a serious emergency (eg heart attack)- what has been the experience with emergency care?

3. real estate - if close to the sea, has to go thru a trust or something like that?

4. how safe is it living in a house if it is not in a gated community?

5. Any supermarkets in the area (like LaComer)?
