Healthcare / Housing

This is huge to me. By the time I get there I will have had 61 surgeries. I'm currently 67 and I believe look decent for my age. I lost a leg in a lumber mill accident when I was 17 below the knee. Due to complications, after 37 years they had to take it off above the knee. I've had flesh eating bacteria, partial nephrectomy of kidney, several back fusions and on and on. I have RA as referenced earlier and I have several very serious infections in my leg. I still get along well with no assistance other than a big smile! Healthcare is a big concern of mine and would appreciate any input you could provide.

Housing:

I read that foreigners can't buy property 50 kilometers from any beach in Mexico. So that means that if you want to buy property in Merida, you need either need a bank trust or a corporation. Is this correct and are there ways around this?
