Looking for info on Lake Chapala and surrounding areas

Hello!
My name is Nani and I am seeking information about a potential move to Lake Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico. I have a 6-year-old daughter who is high functioning Autistic. She will need a good school, a speech therapist, and extracurricular activities to attend to shelter her progress. Additionally learning about pediatricians and dental care is a must. How much do we need to have to comfortably live there? Any input is much needed. Thank you for your contributions to helping us navigate.
