Questions on moving to Puerto Vallarta

What is best to rent? A condo or a villa? Could my friend im moving with be my co signer on a place? I do have asthma which is controlled but would I have attacks due to humidity and dust there? Whats one of the safest places to rent a condo in?Is podiatry and dental implant centres near there? Ill need implants and foot surgery. How do i go about gettin a health card and premium care? Is it best to convert my canadian dollars to pesos there or in Canada? Could I open a bank account? Do a lot of people speak english there or is it easy to find someone that does? Clinic staff? Hospital staff? Realtor staff?
