Huatulco fantasy!

My wife and I expect to move to Huatulco and commute to Salina Cruz for business reasons, that will become a major port in the Panama Canal competitor, by rail, that will connect Asia (Pacific) with east U.S. Hope to see you in Huatulco soon! Would love to have an acre of land even though it be on the outskirts or miles away from the ocean, to plant fruit trees. Did you know that a papaya, the call it a "palo", develops fruits in 6 months from planting?
