Rabat: Houses & accomodations for expat couple with DOG

Hi everyone, we are considering a move to Rabat and I would like to inquire as to people's experiences in getting housing that allows dogs and/or has a yard. We have a 4 year old american foxhound. Are there parks in Rabat? Are dogs on leashes generally welcomed?
