property for rent in or near Rabat

Hi,

My partner has beed offered a 3 year contract of work near Rabat, Starting this september. We need to find a rental property there or in the surounding area. How do we go about finding one?
I have no idea where to start...We'd like to be near other expat's with young children, so our daughter can mix with other kids..A pleace with a garden would be nice,would that be expensive?? I would be so greatful of any advice.
