I am new to these forums.
I am an Australian who is planning on moving to morocco with my husband.He is currently in morocco as he has a bought a piece of land in a Area called Ben Sliman about a hour away from Casa.Anyway its a industrial plot and he has hired some builders to build the factory.He has written a contract with them for 2 months and they have still not finished building,they are doing a bodgy job and the council has refused there work and will not let them finish of the factory until they fix all the things that they did wrong.the contractor is a very stubborn and decitful man and my husband is at his wits end and he dosnt know what to do.Does anyone have any experience with building in morocco or any adcive on how we can get this guy to do the right job or somehow make him do his job right by law.Any advice would be highly appreciated.Thanks : )
