The reception is by 2 well-defined steps and precise:
· Identification: it is before the arrival of the guest. By contact is made the exchange the following information:
- From our part: Full name, landline and cellular, complete address with an outline guide, photo.
- On behalf of the guest: Name, name of hotel booking, photo, time (in GMT) Flight arrival in Morocco and in what city.
· Arrival: We provide transportation from any airport from Marrakech if you book 72 hours before the arrival of the guest.
Accommodation is in general, is a traditional Moroccan family generous, friendly and affectionate with or without children.
