Gym Business In Agadir

I visited Agadir on vacation many times in last 5 years. I am male in my 40's and now want to make the move there.
I noticed the Gyms available to locals were of pure quality.

Can anyone advise me would this be a good business to start there ?
I only speak English and would need local help in starting such a business.
