moving to Casa

Hey folks,
I am moving from Philadelphia to Casablanca in December to teach ESL, Yoga, and probably Capoeira. I am looking to rent a reasonable apt in Maarif, Gautier, Des Hopitaux or another neighborhood that a young woman could return to in the dark without being really worried. I would also like to find a room mate. Anyone have suggestions or know someone looking for a roomate?
