Travelling couple looking for sustainable living project.

My wife and I (American and British) are travelers and love the idea of sustainable living. We have already helped on projects while living in Jordan and Egypt. We are due to arrive in Morocco at the end of March with no real plans except to plant our feet somewhere. We would love to learn natural building and sustainable living so we can take this forgotten knowledge to other places. We are both Muslim and are extremely easy to get along with. I look forward to making new connections with like minded people.
