1. I'm American. Can I purchase a property first . ? In order to have an official proof of address to provide the embassy f?

2. For the background check . The process can take time to get back.
How many days upon receiving these records does it need to be submitted before it's considered no longer valid To the morrocan embassy?

Example. I can put a request in now .get by end of week ,
But can't take it in to the embassy then and there maybe in a month . . How long do I have to turn it in . ?
