wishing to move to Dublin

I just came back from a month in Dublin, and I absolutely fell in love with it. It is now my goal and dream to move there, as soon as I can. I need help getting started though; can anyone suggest any first steps I should take in beginning to research this? As far as work, I haven't finished college yet, so I don't think I'm too recruitable by any big companies. Should I go, and try to find work/work permit over there, should I stay and finish school here first, and then go? Or maybe I should enroll at school there. I don't know; this is kind of a big endeavor, and I'm at a bit of a loss. I would love advice from anyone; anyone that's been in this position before, or who knows of any good sources to start with? Thank you so much for any help you can offer.
