Looking for change

My boyfriend and I are interested in moving abroad, as we are disheartened by the direction our home country is going, to say the very least. We are looking for a new home and a place to connect with a new people and culture. We are hard working, he is a jack of all trades, and I am a caregiver and have worked as a nurse's aide and caregiver for 23 years. However, I do have unusual health problems, so would need a place with a temperate to cool climate and access to quality healthcare. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
