ideal location?

I am debating Mexico, Panama , Costa Rica, and the Carribean. I need to be somewhat close to an airport to get me back to the state of Washington in case of work or family emergencies. I am looking for turnkey as close to the beach as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
