Economic decline

Sorry if this has been discussed previously but I am curious if the big increase to inflation has hit Mexico, particularly areas like Playa or Cozumel, like it has in the US? We have easily had a 30-50% increase in costs the last 3+ years especially groceries, restaurants, basic living expenses. Thanks
