Introducing myself

Hello. I am a 60 yrs old American-Italian who is licensed in Calif to work in mental health. My specialty is trauma. I came back to Italy and made wrong choice of town. I cannot get license reciprocity and healthcare is terrible. Perhaps being two retirees it may be possible to find a much higher quality of living and afford more living in the North. As it stands, I am going back and then possibly move to a much cheaper State.. I could easily teach Italian, but need never worked remote. I need assistance on how to deal with bank, Social Security, but here nobody knows.
