Just bought a condo in Cofresi!

15d ago
I just want to share with this with all of you. My wife and I are recently retired (Both turning 56 this year), and just put a deposit on a beachfront 3-br condo in Cofresi. Closing date is June 30, and we'll be moving there permanently from Toronto! The beach in front of the condo is shallow and calm, as the bay is protected by a sandbar at the bay entrance. Quiet condo, quiet beach, but just a 10-minute walk to the marina, which is a nice party zone! Time to buy a yacht, right? Also a 5-minute walk to Cofresi Palm & Spa Resort. We can't wait to join your community in the DR in person and give you all a big hug! (And have a drink together!)
