Living & Working In Florida.

I'm interested in finding out more about living and working in Florida.

Presently I live & work in Trinidad but I'm interested in moving to Florida. I am 25 years old and a resident here in Trinidad and I've worked at the same bank for 5 years now.

Can anyone tell me about the procedures, policies, etc that would be relevant to me?

I've been reading up on it and alot of the information out there is NOT geared to the full understanding of the general public.

Any help/advice I can get on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
