I have scowered the internet and have found in very difficult to find someone in the same situation as me and all the visa websites have nothing on what I;m after, Basically,
My fiance and I want to move to America (california) , he has been living in the uk for 3 years as he moved from the us (Nebraska) he has dual citizenship his mother being English and father being American military man, Now he can obviously legally get into the country and yes we are engaged but we were looking online and you have to apply for the visa from the place you got married and we don't really want to get married in England or you have to get married within 90 days of receiving your immigrant visa but we don't want to get married that quickly either and I don't want it to seem like we are getting married for that reason ( we have been engaged 6 months and have only solidly made this decision the last couple of weeks) and on another note my aunt has her own business here in the u.k and we are planning to open a US branch which I would be in charge of ( which eventually would need an employee or 2) but have no idea how well it will do at first or how we would even set it up or initial investment, I currently am setting up my own side business for income which seems like it will do well but yet to really know, I am just after advice on what visa I should apply for or any general advice! damn I am so stuck haha, thank you for any one who can help :)
