Lung Scarring!

Hello,

Any idea, if the applicant had a lung scarring due to PTB (pulmonary tuberculosis) treated for six months,negative for active bacilli and now the lung is clear but the scar is still in the right upper lobe, in this case the applicant is OK to work in the Bahamas.,please share any idea thank you, because some countries in the Middle East like Saudi, Dubai they don't allow any applicant with Lung Scarring because of their
guidelines and protocols. have a nice day.
