Expats living in the U.S. handle healthcare?

I'm a U.S. citizen who lived in Atlanta for twenty years but have been gone for seven and a legal resident of Costa Rica.

I'm a Member of CAJA, national healthcare here in C.R. but it's not that friendly.

I'll be visiting Atlanta in September, I have no U.S. private insurance or Medicare and would like to know what options are available for doctor visits, exams, minor treatments.

How do you as Expats living in the U.S. handle this?

IE: what do you call them? quick clinics, etc...

Any advice is appreciated,

Sincerely
