looking for information from any nz plumbers

Is their any plumbers/gas fitters who live in the north island who could give myself and my husband some advice about trying to find a job in nz. we are coming out to the north island in november so my husband can try and get a job offeras a plumber he has years of experience. He needs to get a job offer because he hasent got enough points without one.Could any one out in nz please be able to give us some advise like the best place to find work.look forward to any replys.
