Over 55 Mental Health Professional wants to migrate from U.S. to New Zealand

My wife is 61 and has a private practice as a psychotherapist (counselor) part time and also works at the County Mental Health Department as a behavioral health clinician part time. She is considered a mental health professional in the U.S. but would that help her with finding work as a clinician in New Zealand? Or would it be better to apply for admission under the "business" option and try to re-locate her private practice as a marriage and family therapist? Will the fact that she's over 55 be a serious problem with immigration even if she has a job offer or wants to relocate her business?

I am under age 55 and work for myself from home as on online trader so I have no product or service to offer New Zealand at this time. We would appreciate any information or help with these questions. Thank you.
