VISAS

My wife and 2 children have just beginning the process of visa applications, we have our police checks back ,medicals completed ,and i have a job offer as a builder.Does anyone know of any good visa agencies that are reasonable priced? Has anyone gone over on a 3 year work visa and applied for residency once you have settled and done the whole process themselves,we are due to go over in october for 10 days ,and looking at coromandel/hamilton to live ,we live in the south east of england.
