Use of Job Agencies

Hello, earlier in 2005 my family and I joined up with an agency called NewJobz to help me find a job in NZ as I could not get in under the skilled migration category. They were quite professional and we felt confident enough in paying quite a large membership fee most of which was refundable if no job could be found. Unfortunately in September 2005 I had to cancel my membership and requested a refund, I am still waiting, despite some mails from them promising a refund will be made. I was interested in knowing if anyone else has had experience of this company and whether it is unique to me.
