Oo-er! Skilled Migration explanation, please!

Hi everybody

I went over to Auckland in February and, on the off-chance met and had an interview with the Finance Director of a multinational company. Following a series of phone interviews, they have offered me a position as a Senior Business Analyst (IT).

The long and short of it is, I am not entirely sure which migration method I can use - I don't have a degree but the Solution Architect description seems to fit best and gets me loads of points!

Do I have to have a degree to fall into this catagory or will not having a degree simply reduce my points?
