Does anyone in this forum know, or know where I can find out, the answer to the following question:
Are homes that come as a part of business purchase subject to the new restrictions on non-permanent residents purchasing homes in NZ?
For instance, as part of the requirements for an Entrepreneur Work Visa, if I was looking to purchase a nursery, orchard, or winery that included a house on the property, would that purchase still fall under the new restrictions on foreign home ownership?
I've only found information on the Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) website which discusses the restrictions apply to purchases of property zoned as residence or lifestyle.
I've found nothing on purchasing property zoned as business, farm, or rural.
