USA working holiday visa life

Hi! I’m going to be applying for a Working Holiday Visa fairly soon. I’m looking to get some information about housing options for people that hold a WHV. I’ve looked into regions that have 1-2 bedroom rental houses available, but I am not sure who they are available to. Ideally, I would like to spend time in New Zealand, and if I decide I’d like to stay longer than the 13 month limit of the Working Holiday Visa, I was planning on finding a job that would allow me to acquire a visa to allow me to stay longer and get my residency after 2 years.
