Need an attorney in Norway

Hi,

I am American and the child of my son is Norwegian. He abandoned the child at birth and left the country. His previous employer gave my paternity lawyer an incorrect Norwegian address. I need help locating him, actually ONLY need to find a birthdate for him as I do not know it.

Can someone offer any suggestions. I know there is a national registry in Norway, how can I access it to find my child's fathers' birthdate? The National Office for Social Insurance Abroad is requesting it from me.

Any help appreciated!
