An English girl seeking work in Trondheim

I am a 21 year old from England, so I speak English fluently and am learning Norwegian, but I am just a beginner.
I am hoping to find work in Trondheim - I really don't mind what kind of work; I'll do anything. My main qualification is in Animal Management, but I can't imagine there'll be much call for that kind of work there.
I just wondered how possible it'd be for a non-Norwegian speaker, with no work experience and no driving licence but willing to do any kind of work, to find work in Norway (Trondheim, to be specific)?
