Social Work/Social Service/Mental Health Jobs in Norway

Hello, I am an US citizen engaged to a norwegian citizen and we plan on living in Norway after we are married in the states. I am getting my masters in clinical social work and was wondering if anyone could offer some guidance or advice on how to go about finding social service related jobs. I plan on learning Norwegian and can speak a bit now.
