I forgot one!

Where can I learn norwegian for free? (or for pay if its worth it, ie: good through instruction, worth the money) any good recommendations for where to go? my comprehension is excellent, my speaking is that of a 4 year old.
I am in process of receiving my 'fam reunification" residency permit as i was just married in August and have been here for a few months. I already have a visa.
