Please help- immigration- family struggling to move spouse to Norway

Hello,

I'm a British journalist and I'm looking to speak with a Norwegian who is struggling, or maybe have recently struggled to move their non-Norwegian spouse/family to Norway, due to Norway's immigration stipulations.
