Moving to Norway- without Spouse?

Hi everyone,
I'm a UK national since birth and I am married to a turkish man who is still living in Turkey. We have planned that we want to live in Norway.
Do I have any restrictions as a Brit to live and work in Norway??
I understand as a turkish citizen he has restrictions to living in Norway however what would be the requirements for me to sponsor him as my spouse? Is it possible?
