Fixed income and Tri-Care medical

In less than a year, God willing I'll finally retire from the military and will assume a new fixed income life. Afer taxes, etc. I should bring home something in the neighborhood of 16-1700 a month. My wife and I once lived in Panama in from 88-92 (well to be honest, she was born and raised there). Although we haven't been back since the military based had closed and the countries infrastructure exploded.

She and I are looking to move somewhere around El Valle to Penonome area.
