in the field of helping people

i cant help but draw from experiences with friends who are lawyers and doctors..once i asked a friend of mine about medical issues because she was a doctor..she refused to speak about it and offer no comment and once a lawyer friend declined to assess my case any more than point me elsewhere...i learned it was good to appreciate their choice to be such experts yet refrain from taking on things in a field where helping people is a delicate thing open to liability......why is it that the embassy advice is so depersonalized despite their best interest for those they serve?? liability and the reality of malpractice is beyond no one.. not the best doctors or lawyers or world leaders.....i remember my ex wife and leaving her because of so much agressive banter over trivial issues making it hard to help each other...she said i was weak and soft..i said sometimes strength in some forms is a weakness and just receeding some times can be a strength..we went separate ways and she met someone more to her ways..they fought and beat each other so much she one day died under his blows.....when i left her, i moved to new neighbour hood in new roomate set..neighbour came over to help me as new guy and was so brash and agressive in his approach and assumptions about what i need...i decided he was not a good influence even if he could tell me about the drug overdose death around the corner..i wish he was open to me telling him about the liability in his personality, but its not my choice to his life...gary went on 6 years later same old gary to thailand and got into it as just his usual pastime with an austrailian man and australian man shot gary in the face and there was death..thailand only gave the shooter 4 months for murder and deported him....my choice in people skills may not be the best but my experience with people trying to help me with their people skills has left me with something to ponder as my choice versus theirs and each ones outcome.....the diversity of people and and diversity of personality types depending on what they take as humorous or sensitivitys or even imperfections, is really important to me for good reason as is diversity in all life...its good to keep a wider range of people to influence us even if we fear they may want to get something from us or do something to us.. well maybe this will be encourage to those who get run off this site for trying to help or be helped..i sure miss the diversity you could bring and some may even be willing risk asked for money if it means another option in different taste for how being helped can be diverse rather than an inbred narrowed experience.....
