Casada con una panameña

My Panamanian wife have been married for almost 14 years. But, because of one of my projects in Costa Rica going South, we have lived in CR until 2022. When we moved back to Panama, she suggested that I apply for residency as her husband. I was reluctant to do it, as I qualify for 2 other types of residency. But, being thrifty,, I went the "Casada con una panameña" route as it was half of the other options. All of my paperwork was excepted, approved, and signed, but, no communication from Migracion or the Lawyer. My Carne expires 6/6/24. Anyone else had this problem? TIA
