Boquete, Panama - Cons

Hello:

Considering relocating to Boquete, Panama and wondering what are some "cons" of living there that have been a bit challenging to deal with or get past? We're already aware that sometimes "repairs" of say appliances, etc., can take much longer to get someone to come out to service than in the US, and even with a date and time, it still doesn't always happen that way.

What other daily living events/tasks are greatly different and maybe challenging, for Americans relocating there? Thanks for your time and input.
