I want to own/manage my own beach bar, where is a great place to do that?

Hello, I am moving to Panama in September and I am looking for a great up and coming beach town that I could possibly manage/open a beach bar. I've worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years and want to continue that in Panama. Where is a great up and coming beach community that I should target when I come down? Thanks for all the advice or recommendations.
