Health Insurance

Hello, I've been to Panama many, many times and I'm quite familiar with their healthcare system, and I know that there's a public and a private private is obviously the only way I would want to go because of the quality of care that you receive privately versus the public. Understandably, public might be fine for minor problems, and their clinics very inexpensive. As well, but I do have a bad illness lung issue.. I want to Retire in Panama and I only have about an income of approximately 1500 a month, which I know I could live. Okay list. Especially with a partner, but I don't know how I could afford insurance. I need oxygen, supplemental, oxygen and various things, and maybe hospital care at different times How can I afford healthcare? And what would anyone recommend for me to have if there is any information at all?I'd really appreciate the help
