Looking for real estate. Prices

I am looking for property in rural areas of Peru.
I would like prices of land by meter and hectors. and home prices per mt2. .

Not gringo prices.. I now live in Ecuador and wish to settle in Peru. I discovered here that prices advertised on the web are 30% higher and upward.

So please don't waste my time if you are trying to market a property thats inflated .
