American Software Engineer Looking To Move To Peru

Hi All, I am an experienced American software engineer currently working for General Motors. I have gotten tired of American politics and would try living in Peru. I will be traveling there in December to check it out. How would I go about finding work there, and is it possible to secure a job before I move? Thanks, Tracy
