Moving to the philipines

Hi, I'm seriously thinking about going to live in the Philipines.I'm 33,my wife is from the Luzon area, I was actually married there. I have a 9 yr old son. My inlaws are all superb, and i love the sense of belonging when i'm there,but my biggest worry is for my sons well-bein,espescially his education, we are currently in England,we are financially good, I have been to the philipines many times. I guess what i'm trying to ask is, is it wise to take my familly fromthe "comforts" of the U.K and go all out to live in the Philipines?
