Partner wanted to live in Philippines

I am male and seeking a male or female friend to join me in living in the Philippines.
I have been visiting the Philippines for a few years now. I have visited many islands. I tend to stay in out of the way places on the beach; away from cities.
I get involved with the local population, but I miss talking and philosophizing with someone of a similar background.
It is easy to rent a house and very cheap in the provinces. We will split household expenses and I figure on about $200 -$300 each per month for basics.
I have lots of ideas about running a business, but I don't intend to make much money, only a hobby, such as farming or buying and selling fish or buying and renting out a fishing boat.
