Best site for interisland flights?

Hello,

My girls and I will be visiting Boracay and Tacloban when we are in the PI on November. We already have our US-PI flights, I am looking to book our interisland flights .... the PAL website seems to have issues accepting our bookings ...

what is the best way to get PAL bookings - online? .... If we book here in the STates, the prices TRIPLE!!!!!
