Companies transferring workers to branches in Philippines...

I recently discovered that banks from the UK send their workers to the Philippines, to the international branches- with the British wage...

Has anyone been fortunate enough to have actually been a part of this experience? If yes, please can you tell me what bank you work for, what field you specialise in, what you did to get transferred- or anything related. It would be a big help, I'm really stuck at the moment, anything would be helpful!

Even if you don't work for a bank, any job which enabed you to get transferred from the UK to the Philippines, can you please contact me or tell me what steps you took, or anything that may help.

Thank you so much for taking your time to read this long message! Anything would be useful to me really. I've heard before how a man got sent to the Phil with an English wage, a bank called M&(something) -can't quite remember the full name or what his exact profession.

Thanks in advance!
